Pictures of Ingame Scenes

Polaroids are pictures drawn by the game's artist (Ryan Sumo) to provide a darker effect than that of the sprites more commonly seen.

Polaroids are shown in the cutscenes of the campaigns in the game to give a more graphic view of what is happening. When playing the campaigns, clickable polaroids placed at certain spots in the prison are used to trigger the next cutscene and progress through the story.

Also, a number of clickable polaroids are scattered in sandbox and campaign prisons, serving as collectibles that can be re-viewed in the main menu. Similar to the polaroids, there also are game bible pages, which feature various sketches from the game's design book.
