The Serving Table is an essential object for the Canteen. Cooks will place food at the serving table once they are fully cooked. During eat time in the Regime, Prisoners will head to the nearest accessible canteen, take a full Food Tray, and will sit at a random Table. A serving table can hold four Food Types. Cooks will initially fill each space with twenty meals, and each serving table has four spaces which means it can hold eighty meals. As soon as there is less than twenty meals in a stack, more food will be brought to the serving table. The meal quantity and variety can also be set in the regime menu, which will affect how much food is made and what kinds of food get served to the prisoners.
- The serving table can only distribute food so fast. If you have empty stomachs and still plenty of meals at the end of your eat time, then you need more serving tables.
- Consider putting the serving tables as close to your Kitchen as possible to reduce amount of traveling for your cooks. However, make sure the kitchen doors are safe from prisoners seeking to steal Contraband.
